1. Tukon Chapel (Mount Carmel Chapel)

Built on a high ridge in Tukon, Mount Carmel Chapel was inspired by traditional Ivatan stone house construction. Handcrafted by local masons using boulder limestone walls, dark timber beams, and a red tile roof, the chapel's interior ceiling features hand-painted depictions of patron saints created by Ivatan student artists.

2. Dipnaysupuan Japanese Tunnel

Constructed during the Japanese occupation of Batanes in World War II, this underground tunnel network was dug into Tukon Hill using forced local labor. The tunnel served as a strategic military lookout, ammunition depot, and shelter, featuring multiple chambers and exit points overlooking both the West Philippine Sea and the Pacific Ocean.

3. PAG-ASA Weather Radar Station

Located at the highest point of Tukon Hill near the chapel, the PAG-ASA Doppler Radar Station provides meteorological monitoring for incoming typhoons crossing the Luzon Strait.
